Return Policy

This return policy applies to the digital services provided through the simulatorul.ro platform.

1. Nature of the Service

The simulatorul.ro platform provides a digital service based on artificial intelligence that allows users to upload photos and generate simulated images with different hair styles, lengths or colors.

Access to the platform's features is provided through a monthly subscription or other available plans.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service provided, refunds are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to review each refund request individually and decide, at our sole discretion, whether the request will be accepted or rejected.

In certain situations, instead of issuing a refund, we reserve the right to cancel the active subscription.

3. Right of Withdrawal According to Legislation

According to Romanian legislation (OUG 34/2014), consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 calendar days without penalties and without providing a reason.

However, according to the same legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium if the execution of the service has begun with the consumer's explicit consent and after the consumer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal.

By using the platform's services and generating images, the user agrees to the immediate start of the digital service.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account.

After cancellation, access to premium features will remain active until the end of the already paid billing period.

After the paid period expires, the subscription will no longer renew automatically.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the same payment method used to purchase the subscription.

Refund processing may take between 5 and 14 business days depending on the payment provider and the user's bank.

6. Abuse and Repeated Requests

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in the case of repeated or abusive requests made by the same user.

We also reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that use the platform in an abusive manner or in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

7. Business Customers

According to applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal regulated by OUG 34/2014 applies only to individual consumers.

Purchases made by legal entities (companies, organizations, associations, etc.) are not eligible for the return rights provided by this legislation.
